Game Description :
Pokémon SoulSilver Version is a remake of one of the second installments of the Pokémon main RPG series, Pokémon Silver Version. The game takes place in Johto, the homeland of the player who plays a new Pokémon Trainer, who decides to meet with Pokémon Researcher Professor Elm at his lab so that he/she can get his/her first Pokémon. On an errand run on behalf of Elm, the player comes back and learns that a thief has stolen one of the professor’s Pokémon. It marks the beginning of your journey to becoming a Pokémon master.
It takes you on a trip through the Johto region, and then the Kanto region, to fight the enigmatic Team Rocket and find all 493 Pokémon. Besides preserving most of the old game’s features, SoulSilver also includes numerous updates. Similar to Silver, the story will make use of the famous Pokémon Lugia (appearing on the box of game art), only in a larger form. The graphics have also been upgraded to 3D models to appear the same way as the series that the Nintendo DS had before, Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum.
The possibility of any of your Pokémon trailing you to the Overworld Screen, which was scarcely visible in Pokémon Yellow, has been included. The game is equipped with a peripheral called the Pokéwalker. The Pokéwalker is a pedometer that permits you to wirelessly transfer a Pokémon from SoulSilver to it. As you walk, and there is a Pokémon in the Pokéwalker, you receive experience points every time you take a step. Another type of money earned by the player is the so-calledWattss that can be spent in order to catch other Pokémon and purchase some things.
