Game Description :
The game takes place during a fictionalised version of the Taisho period, where the main characters are a military group, Imperial Combat Revue, which is dedicated to fighting supernatural threats to Tokyo under the disguise of a theatre troupe. Imperial Japanese Navy Ensign Ichiro Ogami is assigned as the leader of its all-female Flower Division, a group of women with magical abilities that defends Tokyo against demon attacks using steam-powered armour called Koubu. He gets caught in the most recent war of the group with the Hive of Darkness and the personal lives of its members.

- Theatrical Setting: The plot of the story revolves around rescuing the dying Grand Imperial Theatre, and the characters have to juggle their responsibilities as pilots with their profession as actors on the stage.
